About Mobile Fixed
Mobile Fixed is an independent doorstep Apple device service provider operating in Gurugram and surrounding areas. We provide diagnostic, maintenance, and device-related services for Apple products including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Apple Watch, and AirPods.
Service Requests
By requesting a service, you agree that:
The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
You are the legal owner of the device or have authorization to request service.
Mobile Fixed may refuse service if ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
Service availability depends on technician availability and location coverage.
Doorstep Service
Our technicians provide services at customer-selected locations including homes, offices, and other accessible locations.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing a safe working environment.
Ensuring access to electrical power if required.
Being present during service or authorizing a representative.
Mobile Fixed reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
Diagnostics & Estimates
Diagnostic inspections may be required before determining the exact issue and service cost.
A diagnostic charge may apply if:
The customer chooses not to proceed with the recommended service.
The device cannot be serviced due to previously undisclosed conditions.
Additional internal inspection is required.
Any applicable diagnostic charge will be communicated before proceeding.
Service Approval
No chargeable work will be performed without customer approval.
Once a customer approves a service and replacement components have been installed, service charges become payable and may not be refundable except where required by law.
Warranty
Mobile Fixed may provide limited warranty coverage on eligible services and replacement components.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Physical damage after service.
Water or liquid damage.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties.
Accidental damage caused after service completion.
Software-related issues unless specifically covered.
Warranty periods may vary depending on the service performed.
Data Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all personal data before service.
Mobile Fixed shall not be responsible for:
Data loss
Corrupted files
Software issues
Lost passwords
Account access problems
While every effort is made to preserve customer data, no guarantee can be provided.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Debit Cards
Cash
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of future services.
Intellectual Property
